Collection details

We will post your ROADTOUR unit to your hotel prior to your arrival - simply collect it at reception! We’ll phone your reception to make sure they have it. Alternatively you can pick up your ROADTOUR unit from any airport post office or any post office nation-wide- during normal working hours. Let us know if you prefer this approach, in the address field. In Gatwick the Airport post office is in Gatwick South terminal and in Heathrow it is in Terminal 2.
ROADTOUR is easy to use and comes with full instructions - you’ll be up and running in 10 minutes.
At the end of your trip, you post it back to us in the original box using the pre-paid envelope. This can be done at any of 14,000 UK post-offices. Most Hotels will do this for you.
You can change details or cancel your rental order within 3 days notice.

Terms and conditions

SUPPORT: When you place an order, as well as your order details, you will receive a telephone number on which you can contact us at any time for help.
RETURN OF THE ITEM: The item will be signed for on arrival and is fully insured. Please note you must keep the Post Office receipt as proof of postage, as this will be required as evidence should the unit get lost in the post and you wish to claim on insurance.
RECEIPT: As long as you keep your receipt from the post office (and the unit is not smashed), we shall always return your deposit.
EXTRA DAYS: Additional ‘unbooked’ days beyond the time booked will be charged at £10/day up to a maximum value equivalent to the deposit.
CANCELLATIONS: You can cancel this order with a minimum of 72 hours notice should your travel plans change. After that point the full charge for the period will be taken but the deposit will of course be returned
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: This equipment is highly resilient and comes with a case. For security reasons, we ask you to pay a deposit of £175.00 to cover the value of all of the equipment in case of loss or damage (by which we mean a broken screen or smashed casing). This is fully refunded to you at the end of the rental period.
ACCESSORIES: Missing accessories will be charged at £25
TAKE CARE! It is never advisable to leave your car with a GPS (or holder) visible in the window particularly in urban environments .
