1) Is RoadTour approved by Garmin?
Absolutely! We are a Garmin approved and licensed partner and this functionality has been built by Garmin for use by its content partners. See here for more information on Garmin’s website.

Installing is a simple matter of a) plugging in your GPS to your computer and b) then clicking on the email link we send you following purchase c) go! See installation guide .
3) How do I access RoadTour on my Garmin Sat Nav?
On most units select Where To? – Extras – Custom POIs.
On older units, it is found at Where To – My
Locations – Custom POIs.
4) Which Units are supported?
All current units can use at least one RoadTour product. See compatible models.
5) How often will locations pop up?
Roughly about once every 15 minutes. And the audio varies from 45 seconds to 2 minutes.
6) What happens if the audio and the navigation conflict?
We have tried to avoid that but where it happens, the audio narrative pauses to allow the directions to be heard and then it automatically comes on again when the navigation is over.
7) How much memory space does it take up?
RoadTour products take between 20mb and 100mb which all units can easily accommodate. The exact amount is shown on the relevant product pages.
8) Can I install RoadTour onto the internal memory or the SD card?
The install programme places the software onto your Garmin’s internal memory. You can then move it to the SD card if you want simply by dragging and dropping or cut and paste. You’ll find the file in Garmin/POI folder and if you want to move it to the SD card, you have to put it into the same folder, Garmin/POI (creating those folders if they do not exist).
9) What if I need support?
We don’t expect you’ll have problems, but we’ll give you unlimited support to get RoadTour working via email, instant messaging and by telephone.
10) Will RoadTour work anywhere?
Yes - RoadTour will work anywhere. To get a live GPS fix, you generally need to be outdoors, in a car or by a window - otherwise RoadTour will assume you are at the last visited location.
11) Won’t RoadTour be off-putting when I'm driving?
You can turn RoadTour off or simply set the configuration to keep quiet, so it’s up to you how you use it. When driving, it makes sense to use the automatic audio option which triggers when you approach the location.
12) Will there be updates for RoadTour?
We release frequent free updates and improvements to improve functionality with new Garmin software as they release it and dozens of products are launched each year.
13) Will RoadTour be available for other Sat Nav systems?
We are currently working on RoadTour for other GPS systems and have already launched Windows Mobile and iPhone versions.
14) How can I uninstall RoadTour?
